Villa The Pines

All in all a wonderful family holiday in a stunning villa and location and we will firmly keep Villa the Pines in our li Positive: We had a wonderful stay at the villa and we also very much enjoyed the local village. The villa is great, large enough to comfortably accommodate us as a family of 10. The beds are super comfy and a nice touch is that not only are there pool towels, there is also a comfy bathrobe for everyone. We loved the pool, the setting and spent many delightful nights around the outside dinner table enjoying games and the sunset. It’s a nice walk into the local village (15-20mins) where there are lovely local taverns with delicious food. In case of any questions or requests, Karolina was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Negative: Nothing major but a small suggestion for improvement would be to provide some plastic cups/glasses so that one can also enjoy some drinks by the pool and some more glasses in general to more comfortably accomodate for a large group.

Lovely villa with stunning view Positive: Lovely location with wonderful view. Comfortable villa with spacious bedrooms. Great to relax by the pool. Excellent communication from the host, Karolina. Negative: Air conditioning leaking from a pipe on to the outside balcony area which required constant mopping up. Limited pans for use in the oven.

Stunning Villa with Stunning Views Positive: The villa was stunning to look out, the amenities was excellent especially the pools and comes with comfy sun loungers. The villa was very big and spacious with two lovely balconies to watch the sunrise and sunset with the view of the greenery and ocean. Negative: The location from Chania old town is 40 minutes so be aware of this and is up on the hills (but with an excellent view) so some sort of transportation vehicle will be needed.
